Return Policy

At Borghi Coffee, we want you to love your coffee experience. If you’re not completely satisfied with your Borghi Coffee Machine Queen, you may return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as it was purchased through Borghi-usa.com.

To be eligible, your machine must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with all original tags and packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

Return shipping and any related costs are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and keeping the tracking number until your return has been processed and confirmed.

If you are experiencing a problem with your machine, please call us at (305) 546-6571. Our team will gladly help troubleshoot before you send it back.

Coffee Capsules & Ground Coffee

Unopened boxes of capsules, pods, or ground coffee purchased on Borghi-usa.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Unfortunately, individual pods, capsules, or opened ground coffee products cannot be returned or refunded.

As with machines, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.  Please keep your tracking details for proof of delivery.

Additional Return & Refund Information

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

  • No Return of Items: Once a product has been received by us, it cannot be sent back to you.

  • Tracking Required: Tracking information may be required to confirm receipt of your return.

  • Lost Shipments: We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
